The Blind Watchmaker: Why the Evidence of Evolution Reveals a Universe without Design
Dawkins is always fantastic. There is also a huge jump in the quality of his writing at this point in his career. The Selfish Gene is slightly dry, but The Blind Watchmaker is a very easy read that makes complex concepts fairly easy to understand.
