I am now a member of the Society of Mareen Duvall Descendants. It took many, many hours of research, but I finally found enough evidence that I am the 9th great grandson of Mareen Duvall — a huguenot who fled from catholic persecution to England, and then ultimately to Anne Arundel, MD in 1650. Currently, I live less than a two hour drive from my ancestor’s home.
