Grant Brünner: Bassguy

2010 was a very, very emotional year for me. Many tragedies of different intensities were experienced. Suicide, illness, car wrecks, and hurt feelings. It could have been better on the whole, I must say.

With the negatives out of the way, I want to talk about all the good things that happened:

• I’m with the absolute love of my life.
• I get to have my dream job — no matter how little I get paid.
• I made a substantial positive difference in a number of peoples lives.
• I got to meet J Ray & Clay in real life.
• I continued podcasting into my sixth year with Marty.
• Genealogy has become an even bigger part of my life, and that has allowed me to bond with family.

 I’m going to put 2010 in the “Win” column despite the many, many setbacks.
