Telling people to spend $500 is not quality public relations.

I see this same conversation on forums over and over again. It drives me crazy, so I wanted to bring this to your attention. Here is an example:

Steve: Do you plan on supporting OS X?
Dick: Well… Blah blah blah… If you buy a full copy of Windows and a copy of Parallels, you can run our product on your Mac.
Steve: I hate you.

Look, guy, I understand that not everyone can support all operating systems. Sometimes you don’t have the time or the money, and that is totally cool, but don’t spit in my face. Just say “We do not support Macs,” and I will be on my way. Don’t insult me by telling me “If by ‘OS X’ you mean ‘Windows,’ then yes, we support it.”
