I recently had to get on the horn with SW:TOR tech support. The call went fine, the rep was very polite, and my problem was resolved. The issue is that she sounded like she was in a manic episode. Her speech was more pressured than the bladder of an Irishman on St. Patrick’s Day.
Mind you, I called at 2 AM EST on a Wednesday. Is it a particularly busy time for support staff? Maybe there is something special in the coffee to help them get through the night. Whatever the cause, it was off-putting, and I left a note about it in the survey link they sent me after the issue was resolved.
